Artadia

Artadia is a nonprofit organization that recognizes and honors outstanding visual artistic achievement through merit-based awards.

Los Angeles Artadia Awards

Each year, Artadia opens an application process where visual artists, located in seven cities across the United States, can apply for awards. Through a rigorous process, finalists in each city receive an unrestricted award ranging from $5,000 to $20,000. In addition to financial support, award winners become part of a community of well-connected and respected artists, including over 300 previous recipients of Artadia’s awards.

At the end of March, Artadia announced the recipients of their 2018 Los Angeles awards. This year’s winners, EJ Hill and Clarissa Tossin, each received $10,000 in unrestricted funding from Artadia to continue their impressive and poignant artistic work.
