KJazz 88.1 FM

Since its establishment in the early 1980's, KJazz has been committed to the promotion and preservation of the rich cultural heritage of jazz. KJazz offers diverse programming, including straight-ahead jazz, bebop or bop, swing, blues, and Latin jazz. Additionally, the station provides four jazz scholarships and paid student internships each year, and produces free jazz and blues concerts in the community. Beyond supporting jazz and blues on the radio and in the community, KJazz is a major supporter of numerous other community events – from arts venues to local charities.
