Harcum College, a two-year institution located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, was founded in 1915 by Edith Hatcher Harcum. For more than a century, Harcum College has provided tangible opportunities for individual success in accordance with its central purpose: "The College of Possibilities." Its core values include civility, community service, empowerment, excellence, integrity, and respect for diversity.
Originally founded as an all-female institution, Harcum College began admitting men in 2003. Today, the college enrolls more than 1,700 students each year and offers more than 20 majors. Beyond the classroom, Harcum College's Division I and II athletics, proximity to nearby Philadelphia, and student clubs and organizations contribute to a vibrant community and campus life.
