NY Phil's 65th Street Session Features Acclaimed Artists and Creative Partners

The four-concert series returns to Lincoln Center with its third installment on March 28.

New York Philharmonic creative partner, composer, singer, and mandolin virtuoso Chris Thile will be joined by two acclaimed artists for the third installment of the 65th Street Session concert series. Multi-Grammy Award-winning singer and multi-instrumentalist Jacob Collier, regarded as a highly innovative musician, and Grammy nominee Madison Cunningham, a rising star in the folk and Americana genres, will treat audiences to an evening of spontaneous musical collaboration at New York City's Lincoln Center celebrating America's diverse landscape and music's power to convey shared human experiences.

As Thile says, "You will hear musicians in their respective elements and hear those same musicians combining those elements into something new. That is where the magic of living in a city like New York is centered." Lead support for the 65th Street Session is provided by GRoW.
