Santa Monica Mountains Youth Mentor Program Celebrates New Graduates

At the graduation festivities, high school students will celebrate the end of their summer gigs in the Santa Monica Mountains, where they completed a hands-on, educational mentorship program that intorudced them to the National Park Service's mission, values, and operations. The SAMO Youth Program employs students for two consecutive summers and provides a direct connection to future internships and jobs in conversation and preservation.
