LA Opera Announces Winners of Fourth Annual GRoW @ Annenberg Poster Contest

Although this year's designated opera, The Marriage of Figaro, was postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the poster contest continued with a virtual ceremony on June 8 attended by the LA Opera's board of directors and staff, including executive committee board member Regina Weingarten as well as her husband/GRoW founder Gregory Annenberg Weingarten. 

The winners are Ash Coughlin of California State University, Fullerton (first place), Mona Saii from California Lutheran University (second place), and Juliann Hong of California State University, Northridge (third place). They receive cash prizes and personal invitations from LA Opera president/CEO Christopher Koelsch to attend an opera with their families once the season opens.
