The American Library in Paris Celebrates its Centennial
Learn More
Beginning this October, Evenings with an Author at the American Library in Paris returns.
Each year, the Library hosts over 60 evening weeknight events hosting artists, authors, poets, journalists, scholars and other public figures – providing authors with the opportunity to engage with the Parisian community through readings and discussions surrounding their own creative journeys. These weeknight programs, occurring twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, are free and open to the public. This year, authors such as Dina Nayeri, Metteo Pericoli, Alice Barbe, Torrey Peters, and many more are scheduled to appear at the weeknight event. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, certain segments will occur digitally via Zoom. The complete calendar and details to signup can be found on ALP's homepage.
