Since the onset of the pandemic in March of 2020, community health care organizations have provided critically necessary care for some of Los Angeles' most marginalized and most deeply COVID-19 impacted communities. Today, many are designated as vaccine distribution centers, as well. Three of these essential organizations are Kedren Health in South LA, Clínica Monseñor Oscar A. Romero near MacArthur Park, and Northeast Valley Health Corporation in Pacoima. Each of these organizations serve marginalized communities where COVID-19 rates are among the highest in the region.
Gregory Annenberg Weingarten and GRoW are honored to support vaccination efforts across Los Angeles County.
