University of Oxford Welcomes New Cohort of Weidenfeld-Hoffmann GRoW Scholars

The University of Oxford recently announced its 2021-22 Weidenfeld-Hoffman GRoW @ Annenberg Scholars.  GRoW has underwritten scholarships for students across the globe since 2013. The Leadership Programme offers young scholars the opportunity to gain graduate degrees and emerge as leaders in their respective fields of study.

The Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme provides 30 of the best and brightest young leaders from 20 countries with access to world-class, graduate-level academic study, discussion, and debate through various courses, seminars, and activities. Students graduate from the program equipped with the knowledge, skills and international connections to return to their countries of origin, shine a light on some of the world's most pressing problems, and offer hope and meaningful solutions in their critical areas of study, and beyond. The scholars this academic schoolyear - Dr. Giri Rajahram, from Malaysia; Dr. Brenda Tanyi, from Cameroon; and Ms. Olivia Tienin, from Burkina Faso, West Africa- will begin the program in September 2021.  Dr. Rajahram and Dr. Tanyi will study International Health & Tropical Medicine, and Miss Tienin will study African Studies.
