LA Opera Presents Hansel and Gretel

The beloved fairy tale winds its way through the forest and into the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion from November 17 through December 15.

Engelbert Humperdinck's musical interpretation of the Grimm Brothers' classic tale is receiving an operatic treatment by the LA Opera. Conducted by LA Opera musical director James Conlon, this production features elaborate sets, 12-foot creatures, and Grammy-winning performer Susan Graham in the role of the Witch.
