September 22: Cancer Support Community LA- Health Equity Summit

Cancer Support Community Los Angeles' annual Health Equity Summit brings together leading national experts in public health, behavioral health, and oncology, to shine light on intersectionality in cancer care. In recent years, mental health has moved to the forefront as the healthcare industry strives to enhance coordination in behavioral health services and improve access to treatment. This year, Cancer Support's virtual conference will examine racial, ethnic, cultural, gender, sexual, age, and socio-economic disparities in accessing quality cancer care and the pervasive consequences this may have on a patient's mental health.
